Discount Tire

Showed up at 7:45AM and was beat by five other dads waiting at the door (seasoned veterans in their craft). At 7:55AM, four attendants walked out and promptly fielded chief concerns and began queueing the customers accordingly. I ended up having a nail in my back right tire. Understandably, there was a little wait, but the nail was successfully removed and tire patched (for free, to my surprise, as part of their complimentary flat tire repair). I’ve been coming here for years, and their customer service has always been top notch. Is there a little wait sometimes? Sure. And there always will be when you have an honest and dependable service that have people lining outside the door before you open. Happy to wait for high quality work.

The service here is very inconsistent. My initial person was extremely rude and did not care about my time. I arrived at 8am as one of the first customers of the day. I waited for them to retrieve my tire size for the warehouse. I was informed when they arrived and was quoted 45 min. It is not 45 min later and I am still looking at my car untouched. There should be some sort of prioritization of customers that patiently waited for their vehicle. Process is very inconsiderate. If I didn’t have leaking tires I would go get my car serviced elsewhere.

Very helpful staff and very fast service. They have good offers and discounts on tires. They do the price match if you find same tire at good price outside. They have clean restrooms and free wifi.

This place is truly unbelievable. The service and friendliness is probably the best that I’ve ever received in the state of Georgia across all service industries. It actually gives me hope that business in Atlanta (and America for that matter) can still be run well. Usually people come in here because something bad happened (nail in the tire for me) but every single person I saw today (including me) walked out with a smile. Cole helped me, asked me about my day, he was so nice. And then someone who was working on the car came and updated me. I wish I knew his name, he was so professional and helpful. Honestly leaving this place inspired. Their management training needs to be studied.

I ordered tires from them on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday at 8:45am. They told me that if my tires didn’t come in before then, they’d call me so I would have a heads up. Thursday afternoon came and not a peep. I called to just double check and sure enough, only 1 tire came in and no one called me. I rescheduled my appointment to 1:15pm the next day. I dropped the car off 30 mins before my scheduled 1:15pm appointment. When I dropped it off, I expressed that I needed the car back in an hour and asked if that was possible. They said yes as I scheduled an appointment. I received 3 texts with updates shortly after stating the updates. The time showed 2:51pm. That was well over an hour. I called and Coleman stated not to pay attention to that time, but again pay attention to the updates. The time stayed 2:51pm, so I made other arrangements to pick my kid up. At 2:23pm I get a message stating the car was done. They need a better system and to acknowledge people when they walk in. Simply saying hello would go far. This place has gone downhill as I’ve been bringing my cars in there for 10+ years. ** update** After I picked up my car and began driving home I got a lo
